Warranty Information
• All sales are final!!
• If within 30 days of purchase, a mechanical part proves defective, seller will, within a reasonable period of time, replace the part.
• Seller is not responsible for or liable for any incidental or COINCIDENTAL loss or damage.
• No warranty or reimbursement on labor under any circumstance.
• No cash refunds UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BESIDES in the event a mechanical part is defective and a replacement is not obtainable, refund will be made.
• All sheet metal, glass, and body parts are sold as is.
• Damaged or altered parts are not warranted.
• Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty without it.
• Seller is not responsible for buyer’s errors.
• If, at seller’s sole discretion, a non-warranty return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.
• Unless stated otherwise on the face of receipt, no other warranty is made or implied.
• If you have a problem, contact us prior to removing or attempting any repair to a part.
• Seller is not responsible for buyer’s misunderstandings.
SPECIAL ORDERS
• Special orders are non-returnable.
• A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all special orders.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless seller states otherwise.
• Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be forfeited.
• Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments. We DO NOT interfere with their schedules, but we will provide the buyer with a tracking number.
